School Office Manager - term time plus 5 days Hours: 37 hours 8.30 – 16.30
Melbourne Primary School is looking for a new Office Manager to join our committed staff team. The Office Manager will manage the HR, Premises and Administrative functions of the school alongside the admin assistant. The Office Manager reports to the Headteacher for all day to day matters and is accountable to the Governing Body for the effective conduct of business and premises management.
The successful candidate will be experienced in the managing of school ICT packages, Health & Safety, Premises Management, HR systems and processes.
This post is suitable for someone who can work at both operational and strategic level. The successful candidate will have been recently working in an administration role, preferably in a school environment. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the experience of using SIMs and finance systems.
This post is 37 hours per week (8:30 - 16:30), term time only plus 5 days.
